But the next wave of updates is waiting on one thing: getting sensitive electronics outside.
New outdoor microphone for real sound monitoring. ADS-B antenna at full strength, no walls between it and the sky. Vibration sensor. And the one that changes everything — air quality and pollution tracking, live in the feed.
But none of it works until the station lives fully outdoors.
So we spent two days designing a proper home for it — a 20×40 cm plexiglass enclosure, sloped lid, ventilated sides, sliding tray. Every millimetre figured out. Cut list ready. Fab Lab Lisbon is next.
The box is the key. Once it's built, the updates ship.
