Today (June 3), at this hour, we recorded only ~146 flights instead of the usual ~340. After investigation, the culprit was the RTL-SDR dongle overheating after running non-stop for a week. readsb was still running but receiving 0 ADS-B messages. Replugging the dongle and restarting all services fixed the issue immediately. Next week the station moves outdoors — cooler temperatures should prevent this from happening again.
