Friday evening: an unplanned live radio debut on Rádio Observador, called in the same afternoon with almost no time to prepare. It went well. When asked the classic "are you against the airport?" question, I pointed back to ANAC: measuring isn't campaigning, and it's the regulator's job to say which flights get to fly at night.
Then a long weekend spent making the data more honest. A ghost aircraft that's been quietly showing up in the flight log for months turned out to be a medevac helicopter, crossing the approach path near the terrace without ever landing at LPPT. It now gets its own counter on the homepage instead of inflating arrivals. Digging into it surfaced a rarer bug too: two aircraft passing within two minutes of each other had gotten their noise and vibration readings crossed onto the wrong one, caught and corrected against the station's independent background sound archive.
Small station, but the instruments keep getting more honest.
